About the project
Rimi is the Gentle Giant Pattern Mirror inside the Tribe of Giants: a warm conversational guide that reflects what a member says, tracks a silent formulation, and only names their Small (the protective pattern), their core sentence and their 12 Journeys doorway once a naming gate opens. Every turn is grounded by retrieval over the ingested books, RIPPLE framework and journey material, scoped so one journey's content never leaks into another. Rimi also speaks, with text-to-speech configurable from the admin panel.
What we built
- Retrieval-augmented grounding with pgvector over the 12 Journeys corpus, scoped by journey
- Per-member context: name, journey and stage, intake struggle and goal, living growth focuses
- Pattern Profile and third-person Observer View delivered once the naming gate opens
- Voice replies via text-to-speech; small-talk detection skips retrieval to save cost
- Guardrails: daily message cap, free-trial window, admin kill switch and an AI spend hard stop
