About the project
One question per card: where the feeling sits in the body and its tempo, then an AI body read, then the story of the day, what's here, a coach reflection, a tool, done. Two AI stages infer emotion first from sensation alone and then from body plus narrative, returning a structured read: primary and secondary emotion, what's underneath, how body and story align, a reflection, a grounding suggestion and a follow-up question. Crisis language drops the analysis and points to human support. Check-ins feed streaks and the Giant Growth score.
What we built
- Card-based flow with a body picker and tempo control
- Two-stage Claude analysis returning structured JSON, plus a short warm coach reflection
- Crisis-language detection that routes to a care path instead of analysis
- Streak tracking and a Giant Growth score built on Supabase RPCs
- Admin switches to toggle reflections without breaking streaks
